Job Summary

The Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and individually hunt new clients and business opportunities

Develop, manage, and close sales leads independently to meet assigned targets

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular engagement

Develop and execute cluster-based sales strategies for assigned industries or regions

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution design and service delivery

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business developments

Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts

Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Proven ability to independently close sales and manage client accounts

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to work with targets, timelines, and structured sales processes

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
